The Role
Will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities fanalysis, design, configuration of the application as a Solution Architect.
Responsibilities:
·Responsible fsolution consulting, including product implementation system integration. Collaborative commerce in the pre-sales stage.
·Individual contributfVeeva products services delivery projects. Responsible fhigh quality project deliverables.
·Hands-on production of project deliverables, including technical design related documents.
·Cooperate with customer Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly.
·Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices accelerators.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science other similar degrees
·Good English reading writing skills, speaking is preferred.
·Multi-system integration experience, solid understanding of architecture.
·Proficient in SQL, with the ability to analyze optimize
·Familiar with an object-oriented language, such as Java, .NET, C++, Python
·More than 3 years ‘work experience in IT industry.
·Motivated effective self-starter that can lead colleagues customers through complexity to get results
Nice to Have:
·Work experience in the Life Sciences
·Project management customer facing experience
·Experience in CRM Events solutions
Familiar with WeChat development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SFDC.

Task
1.Reliability, functional performance testing management of battery bench
2.a. Test Planning, incuding Project Test Plan, Coordination with relevant BUs fHVB requirements,HVB Requirements review testing environment definition,Testing tracking internally/externally,Participate in relevant meetings regarding testing topics,etc.
3.b. Level release documentation,incuding Define level release testing scope，Prepare testing documentation,etc.
4.c. ErrManagement,including Manage issue mailbox,Analyze KPM tickets, define priority forward to relevant BUs, Validate/simulate behaviin vehicle, analyze tracking errors,etc.

Requirement
1.Battery testing management
2.Bacheldegree above in electrochemistry, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering equivalent (master degree preferred);
3.More than 5 years of battery testing experience in battery company OEMs;
4.Understthe domestic foreign standards related to battery testing.
5.Aware of ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
6.Working experience in/with companies of VW group experience in/with XP is preferred, understanding the VW process is preferred.
7.Good commof the CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer etc. test tools;
8.Familiar with MS such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.
9.Fluent in English (German is preferred)

2.a. 測(cè)試規(guī)劃，包括項(xiàng)目測(cè)試計(jì)劃制定、與相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)高壓電池組（HVB）需求、HVB需求評(píng)審及測(cè)試環(huán)境定義、內(nèi)部/外部測(cè)試進(jìn)度跟蹤、參與測(cè)試相關(guān)主題會(huì)議等。
3.b. 版本發(fā)布文檔管理，包括定義版本發(fā)布測(cè)試范圍、準(zhǔn)備測(cè)試文檔等
4.c. 故障管理，包括管理問(wèn)題郵箱、分析KPM工單、定義優(yōu)先級(jí)并轉(zhuǎn)交相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)、驗(yàn)證/模擬車(chē)輛行為、分析追蹤故障等

任職要求
1. 電池測(cè)試管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 電化學(xué)、汽車(chē)工程、機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷（碩士?jī)?yōu)先）
3. 具備5年以上電池公司或整車(chē)廠商電池測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. 熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)外電池測(cè)試相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
5. 了解ISO 26262及功能安全要求
6.具備大眾集團(tuán)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或XP相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，熟悉大眾流程者優(yōu)先
7.精通CANoe、CANape、CANalyzer等測(cè)試工具
8.熟練使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等辦公軟件
9.英語(yǔ)流利（德語(yǔ)優(yōu)先）
