職位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)項目的進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量控制,保證試驗數(shù)據(jù)的及時、規(guī)范和準(zhǔn)確錄入,確保資料數(shù)據(jù)的真實性、可靠性和完整性;
2.監(jiān)查并及時報告試驗進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量、病例報告表填寫情況、試驗用藥品使用情況及藥品不良反應(yīng),保證試驗資料的完整性、規(guī)范,并確保臨床試驗按計劃完成,定期按照GCP要求提交監(jiān)查報告;
3.協(xié)調(diào)解決臨床試驗過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,協(xié)助處理臨床數(shù)據(jù);協(xié)調(diào)研究項目負(fù)責(zé)人,臨床醫(yī)生、輔助科室、臨床機(jī)構(gòu)管理中心、患者等各方關(guān)系;
4.協(xié)助召開臨床試驗各階段會議,準(zhǔn)備臨床試驗樣品資料,對研究人員提供試驗方案、GCP及CRF等的培訓(xùn);
5.負(fù)責(zé)試驗研究過程中對不良事件和嚴(yán)重不良事件的跟蹤,保障受試者權(quán)益;
6.做好產(chǎn)品資料及知識積累工作;完成公司和上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的其他工作;
7.能夠幫助項目經(jīng)理完成部分項目管理工作。
職位要求:
1.藥學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷,有MNC背景者優(yōu)先;
2.有GCP培訓(xùn)證書,5年及以上CRA工作經(jīng)驗,至少1年及以上LCRA經(jīng)驗或項目管理經(jīng)驗;
3.熟練使用各項辦公軟件,英語4級,且有一定的資源協(xié)調(diào)能力;
4.熟悉GCP、ICH-GCP赫爾辛基宣言等必要的法規(guī)、指導(dǎo)原則,熟悉基本臨床試驗流程和監(jiān)查流程,了解臨床試驗各項工作流程;
5.工作認(rèn)真、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),積極主動、善于溝通;
6.良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)和溝通能力、時間管理、解決問題的能力;
7.能適應(yīng)頻繁出差。

Job Responsibilities
? Develop implement the annual pricing strategy to meet the company’s margin revenue growth requirements
? Lead price execution activities set discipline by implementing standard processes frobust repeatable deal support evaluation
? a continuous margin improvement mindset ensure compliance to the aligned pricing strategy by building communicating a clear vision, facilitating alignment of key stakeholders, including the senileadership
? Work cross functionally to support pricing activities of strategic customer accounts with in-depth knowledge of customer contracts pricing obligations analysis of global pricing
? Approve deals using supporting materials, pricing tools, data to determine acceptability build end to end view on profitability
? Work closely with global set of stakeholders on market conditions material changes to execute periodic annual price increase
? Support adoption of pricing tools in collaboration with other stakeholders
? Prepare give presentations to senileadership as well as outside customers, as required
Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in business management, Food Science (equivalent experience/ background), supplemented with a minimum of 7+ years’ relevant work experience in the food ingredient industry with demonstrated success in
o Change management leadership
o Strategic planning
o Implementation of new processes systems
? Advanced degree in analytics, data modeling, statistics MBA is a plus
? Strong strategic thinker that is considered a future leader
? Superiverbal written communication skills with the ability to synthesize marketing pricing information to draw insights actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, present results) communicate with all levels of theganization
? Strong negotiating skills based on a thorough understanding of sales/marketing practices with the ability to credibility establish long-term relationships
? Demonstrated capacity to excel within fast-paced work environment
? Proven ability to manage effectively within a team-based work environment ability to gain buy-in/ commitment from internal stakeholders
? Organization-building skills, including talent attraction creating links within the firm
? Commitment to corporate ethics policies safety programs
? Computer competent with demonstrated ability in the use of spreadsheet, database word processing software
? Proficient with applications within a Windows based operating environment
? Experience with Power BI large ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, etc.) is a plus
