Your role responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, contribute to the companys strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations participating in the local Trainee Program.

● Unlock N possibilities: Within 12 months, deeply understthe entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, verify your interest direction through real projects. Reject "assembly-line" growth.

Qualifications fthe role

● Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience.
● Possess good communication skills be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone.

● Be curious about new technologies willing to continuously learn explore, contributing ones own strength to the development of the industry.

1.不合格品處理.(包括原材料,半成品及成品);
2.處理QC異常報(bào)告單問(wèn)題直至解決;
3.每周/每月FTQ匯總,分析前5大問(wèn)題,組織小組分析解決問(wèn)題.
4.根據(jù)計(jì)劃完成產(chǎn)品/過(guò)程審核.支持體系和客戶審核.
5.組織團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)主要不良問(wèn)題解決.
6. 質(zhì)量文件定期更新.
7.支持系統(tǒng)審核TS16949/ISO14001,支持第三方審核/客戶審核
8.協(xié)助CQE解決客戶投訴問(wèn)題,針對(duì)退貨產(chǎn)品匯總,分析原因采取措施.
9.質(zhì)量主管安排其他工作
任職資格:
1.??埔陨蠈W(xué)歷,有汽車行業(yè)和塑料零部件的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.具備PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA,VDA, 6sigma的知識(shí)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.具備IATF 16949和VDA 6.3內(nèi)部審核員優(yōu)先考慮
4.熟悉整車廠CSR,如BIQS,Q1,VQE, Formal Q等。
