Your role responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, contribute to the companys strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations participating in the local Trainee Program.

工作職責(zé)
1、貫徹執(zhí)行公司安全生產(chǎn)、消防、危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品、職業(yè)病防治、環(huán)境保護(hù)等EHS規(guī)章制度,具體落實(shí)公司各項(xiàng)EHS工作;
2、建立、實(shí)施和維護(hù)公司EHS管理體系,參與擬訂、修訂EHS規(guī)章制度和事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案;
3、協(xié)助人力資源部開(kāi)展新員工“廠級(jí)”安全教育培訓(xùn),監(jiān)督檢查各部門開(kāi)展新員工“車間級(jí)、班組級(jí)”安全教育培訓(xùn);
4、組織各部門員工開(kāi)展EHS日常宣傳和教育培訓(xùn),及時(shí)、如實(shí)做好安全教育培訓(xùn)記錄;
5、開(kāi)展危險(xiǎn)源、環(huán)境因素辨識(shí)、評(píng)估,督促落實(shí)重要危險(xiǎn)源和重要環(huán)境因素管理方案;
6、定期開(kāi)展法律法規(guī)識(shí)別、體系內(nèi)審、管理評(píng)審等體系實(shí)施和維護(hù)工作;
7、每日巡檢生產(chǎn)和施工作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),及時(shí)制止、糾正違章指揮、強(qiáng)令冒險(xiǎn)作業(yè)、違反安全操作規(guī)程的行為,督促責(zé)任部門及時(shí)整改、消除事故隱患;
8、監(jiān)督檢查公司各部門廢水、廢氣、廠界噪聲達(dá)標(biāo)排放情況,負(fù)責(zé)公司危險(xiǎn)廢棄物統(tǒng)一回收及委外處置;
9、參與新建、改建、擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目和新設(shè)備、新化學(xué)品導(dǎo)入前EHS評(píng)估,提出改善意見(jiàn)并追蹤落實(shí)情況;
10、聯(lián)絡(luò)有資質(zhì)的機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展生產(chǎn)作業(yè)場(chǎng)所職業(yè)病危害因素年度檢測(cè),組織各部門接害崗位員工開(kāi)展職業(yè)健康年度體檢,協(xié)助及監(jiān)督相關(guān)部門開(kāi)展接害崗位員工崗前、轉(zhuǎn)崗和離崗職業(yè)健康體檢;
11、組織建立公司應(yīng)急管理體系,參與各部門生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練和應(yīng)急救援,*大程度地減少事故損害或影響范圍;
12、參與調(diào)查處理火災(zāi)、工傷、職業(yè)病等安全生產(chǎn)事故和環(huán)境污染事件;
13、參與政府安全生產(chǎn)、消防、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保檢查和客戶EHS稽核,督促責(zé)任部門及時(shí)整改事故隱患/缺失;
14、建立及維護(hù)安全生產(chǎn)、消防安全、職業(yè)病防治管理檔案;
15、安保事務(wù)管理;
16、培育、管理及考核消防技術(shù)員;
17、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職資格
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,安全工程、消防、環(huán)境工程、化工、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè),安全工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、三年以上EHS工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、熟悉國(guó)家安全生產(chǎn)、消防、職業(yè)病防治、環(huán)境保護(hù)等EHS法律法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,以及ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系、ISO45001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系;
4、持有安全生產(chǎn)管理人員資格證書,持有國(guó)家注冊(cè)安全工程師或國(guó)家注冊(cè)消防工程師證書者優(yōu)先;
5、熟練使用辦公軟件。
