Your role responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, contribute to the companys strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations participating in the local Trainee Program.

● Unlock N possibilities: Within 12 months, deeply understthe entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, verify your interest direction through real projects. Reject "assembly-line" growth.
● Double experience bonus: Senimentors provide 1v1 coaching, regularly drop "career secrets" - from technical difficulties to cross-departmental communication strategies. Provide all-round support to accelerate growth help you become an industry expert.

Qualifications fthe role

● Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience.
● Possess good communication skills be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone.
● Be energetic innovative, eager to showcase ones talents in the field of electrical engineering.
● Be curious about new technologies willing to continuously learn explore, contributing ones own strength to the development of the industry.

Your Tasks
Communication internally externally on technical information/issues.
Technical communication lead ftechnical issues
Lead/Support quality issue fplant during development post SoP (depends on the assignment)
Achieving of the internal technical release
Achieving of product release at the customer ? Support/Lead RFQ activities fthe assigned acquisition projects.
PPAC lead/support (depends on the assignment)

Your Profile
Well knowledge in development of SWS&DAB product
Well knowledge with PC application programs
Well communication skills active thinking
Well leadership skill ? Well program management skill
English knowledge, fluency in both written spoken, as interface are mostly external international
