職位職責:
Develop EV connectivity products fexisting customer projects programs
? Responsible fmanaging product design activity related to sustaining, new transfer projects
? Applies working knowledge of EV product development, specifically related to Electrical connectivity, power signal, mechanical assembly, establishing process controls mechanisms
that are a combination of manual, semi-automated, fully automated production systems
? Handle the product development responsibilities from start to finish
? Direct hands on involvement in problem formulation, problem definition, problem solving, process development process refinement
? Manage the delivery of new product development including manufacturing processes to enable on specification, on-time launch of new products to the NPI process.
? Understcustomer needs keep communication effectively
? Review new project launch progress regularly with team to identify issues come up with actions follow up to meet commitment in each milestone
? Provide accurate timely project status information, milestones metrics to leadership.
? Coordinate cross function team member to get things done in time such as product design readiness, mold readiness, material preparation, mold trial run, DVT/EVT ramp up etc.
? Collect input information from NPI team, PE, ME, Quality, Process, etc. complete document fNPI projects.
? Prepare report according to process check list to identify action plan close all issues before mass production.
? Manage mitigation recovery plan in the event of schedule costs being out of line with plan addressing the route cause. Escalate effectively as necessary to maintain NPI schedule.
? Manage project history files project team room/share folder (all documents in global directory).

? Project Management methodologies tools.
? Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
Required Experience:
? 3-5+ years in manufacturing support developmental role in continuous manufacturing environment.
? Proven NPI results
? At least 5 years experience of leading multi-disciplinary project teams
? Demonstrated experience across all cycles of NPI
? Demonstrated experience of using PM tools with RM (Risk Management) tools
? Experience in cable assembly industry related field is preferred
? Capable user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
? Good project management skill communication, coordination skill
? Fluent in bothal written English
? Strong soft skill
? Product development in an applicable market/product sectis preferred.
? Understanding experience of regulatory bodies product certification is preferred

You will work one-on-one with our top-tier customers, supporting the software development lifecycle fcloud services, operations management of active services, business relationships with NWCD.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape execute a strategy to build mindshare broad use of Amazon Web Services withinganizations ranging from new start-ups to large enterprise customers. You must possess customer-facing skills that enable you to drive discussions with senipersonnel regarding incidents, trade-offs, best practices, risk management. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, technical challenges as you help our customers take advantage of the efficiencies, cost savings quick innovation available only in the cloud.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary operational point of contact fone more customers, helping to plan, review, oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications. You will leverage your broad experience, troubleshooting application, network, database, architectural challenges using the suite of internal tools as well as your existing knowledge toolkits. You will work across customerganizations to ensure customers’ applications are well designed scale to the needs of the world’s largest events. In this role, you will also act as the voice of the customer within NWCD to escalate problems to drive prioritization of business needs four customers.
Job responsibilities in details:
? Champion advocate fEnterprise customers within NWCD (be their voice)
? Solve technical issues work directly with NWCD engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
? Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed fsuccessful deployment in the cloud
? Help Enterprise customers define IT business processes that work well with cloud deployments
? Engage with DirectC-Level executives to translate business needs technical operational plans
? Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
? Analyze present operational reviews to customer leadership
Job primary requirements:
? Excellent Mandarin English speaking skills
? 7+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications
? Experience managing large scale environments including escalations, incident, problem, service availability
? Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies learn quickly
? Customer-facing experience as a technical lead
? Exceptional customer focus bias faction
? Candidates must have excellental written communication skills
? High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal externalganizations
