Job Description:
1. Responsible fAI solution build customer enablement with Intel CPU AI acceleratproducts (Xeon, Client/edge platform, Gaudi AI accelerator, ARC dGPU, following), target customers include OXM, ISV/SI, CSPs large vertical end-users.
2. Directs manages a team of AI software engineers architects responsible fthe development and/validation of software fa specific Intel product segment technology over multiple areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, validation, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/product support.
3. work closely with BU team, SMG sales FAE/ITS counterpart to pursue business opportunity win Intel platform by AI software solution enablement, customization, jointly validation, optimization trouble shoot.
4. Responsible fenabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, driving team results.
5. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelors Masters in Computer Science a related field is required, coupled with 10+ years of software development experience 5+ years directly managing an engineer teams.
2. Proven expertise in x86 data center/edge/client platform AI solution fcustomer enablement is essential.
3. Experience leading teams through the entire platform development lifecycle, from design development to validation, optimization, product support, is critical fthis role.
4. A demonstrated ability to drive team results through effective goal setting, performance management, mentorship, fostering a productive work environment is necessary.
5. Strong strategic leadership communication skills are required to influence stakeholders articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

? Lead the development of complex business critical product/offerings projects strategically critical projects.
? Drive best-practice project program development management within Grundfos through utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, processes (e.g. PRINCE2)
Your main responsibilities:
? Overall responsible fleading large complex projects/release trains within a product group.
? Responsible towards a defined Project Owner fthe successful implementation overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, Risks.
? Taking ownership of successful project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective.

What do you need to apply?
? Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
? Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
? Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
? Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
? Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
? Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
? Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
? Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
? Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
? Must be willing to travel when required.
