Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in handling complex business accounting, capable of independently managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filings. Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry cross-border business finance will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy compliance of accounting records.
2. Prepare analyze monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports in a timely manner.
3. Manage tax filings, audit coordination, communication with relevant government authorities.
4. Participate in business process improvement assist in enhancing internal financial controls.
5. Support the Finance Manager with other assigned finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong.
2. Bachelors degree above in Accounting, Finance, a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) are preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting. Experience in complex business environments (e.g., FMCG, retail, trading) cross-border operations is highly advantageous.
4. Proficient in Hong Kong Accounting Standards tax regulations. Skilled in using accounting software MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Strong analytical communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
