Responsibilitie:
Equipment Reliability Management
Develop implement equipment reliability programs to ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
Identify equipment failure modes through data analysis propose improvement measures to reduce failure rates.
Conduct preventive predictive maintenance to optimize maintenance strategies.
Failure Analysis Improvement
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures implement corrective actions.
Use reliability tools (e.g., FMEA, RCM) to assess equipment risks develop improvement plans(Include PM,PMD,spare parts so on).
Track equipment failure data regularly report reliability metrics.
Maintenance Strategy, planning scheduling Optimization
Manage optimize equipment maintenance plans to ensure efficiency cost-effectiveness.
Introduce new technologies methods to enhance maintenance practices.
Collaborate with production, quality, engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
Training Support
Provide technical training to the maintenance team to improve their skills.
Support the installation, commissioning, qualification of new equipment to ensure reliability.
Sharing communication with global expert network meeting
Who You Are:
Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:
Proficient in reliability engineering tools (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA).
Strong data analysis problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, other regulatory requirements.
Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) office software.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese English, with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering within the pharmaceutical industry related fields.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment (e.g., pharmaceutical machinery, packaging equipment, utility systems) their maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, related fields.
