Position Summary：
1）Oversees implements Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs activities at a single plant.
2） Works with production, sales technical areas to resolve product quality problems application of technical standards with customers. Manages continuous improvement processes, including daily control statistical analyses. Develops implements procedures ftesting of raw materials, processes products. Manages improves local Quality systems including integration maintenance/auditing of Quality systems required by businesses.
Job Requirements：
1）Ensures ongoing compliance with ISO Quality System requirements as well as the definition execution of continuous improvement activities. Manages continuous improvement process 2）within the plant including daily control statistical methods. Recommends improvements related to lab management reporting systems in concert with regional global team; assures that procedural technical consistency meet global standards of excellence in a cost-effective manner.
3）Works with sales technical service personnel to identify customer expectations ensure that these take priority in daily plant activities.
4） Acts as coach resource flab personnel to ensure compliance with all legal statutory requirements. Provide technical skills support assessment flaboratory testing oversees shipment releases.
5）Participates as member of the local management team promotes a customer service culture at the plant.
6）Implements plans to support Global Regional Quality initiatives, including ISO, Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS), etc. Develops plans fimplementation maintenance of software fQuality documentation management.
7）Monitors reports efforts to resolve customer complaints. Develops maintains operation of the Corrective Action Request System. Develops plan to teach monitthe use of manufacturing statistical tools fproblem solving decision-making in the plant. 8）Plans, prepares monitors departmental budgets expenditures. Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching developing employees, direct as well as matrix reports, assuring effective alignment with the matrix functions. Manages activities of Quality Lab Supervisor, Quality engineers specialists. 9）Supports local site fimprovements regarding QA, QC laboratory activities in the plant, target with manufacturing regional quality group specific quality goals/gaps identify/prioritize statistical methods to resolve problems.
10）Supports efforts to implement maintain the Responsible Care? Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001? technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
Competencies Experience:
1）Familiar with ISO9001 IATF16949, have experience in establishment maintenance of QS； Excellent IATF16949 five tools 6-sigma skills, prefer to battery industry experience.
2） Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Planning process; Lab Info Mgt Systems (LIMS); lab procedures & equipment; ISO Management; Mfg. Process Control; QA/QC Problem solving techniques; product uniformity, variation specifications; Statistical Process Control; Safety.
3） Ability to manage develop a budget; ability to track manage change initiatives.
4）Ability to gather, analyze draw well-reasoned conclusions; ability to manage team activities.
5）Bachelor/University Degree in Science Engineering, minimum 5 years of technical experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.
