Responsibilities:
To manage the QA Department fassigned projects & staff: managing test process & submissions, planning of resources internally, ensuring the highest quality of product to deadlines, coordinating all related staff & departmental issues.
This includes:
? Monitthe performance of QA Leads testers assist the Directin the annual process of reviews appraisals.
? Assist the QA Directin the process of hiring, training, mentoring staff.
? Coordinate communication information between Chengdu QA staff the rest of the QA Management staff, the international 2K Games QA Departments in the US UK, internal external Product Development group mainly in the US, EU, China.
? Function as a QA Manager on projects as required.
? Maintain monitbug database.
? Effectively check assess industry standards compliance issues across multiple platforms (PC/Mobile/Sony/Microsoft) to co-ordinate assign tasks to staff during the QA process.
? Prepare present weekly status reports to the QA Director.
? Building Developing Relationships with 2K QA, Development, Production External testing partners.
? Help the QA Directto maintain the testing policies, procedures, standards across specific products.
Key skills:
? Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in QA including 3 years’ experience at QA Lead/Manager level.
? Ability to work perform on a mid-management position having to function as a lead while managing a group. Ability to liaise with other departments when required.
? Excellent communication skills in English Mandarin, bothal written.
? Knowledge of bug database systems.
? Staff management skills.
? Hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work unsociable hours depending on deadlines.
? Ability to act independently take initiative.
? Strong interest in the videogames industry.
? PC hardware literate with knowledge of MS Office suite.
? Mobile platform Online game testing knowledge is preferable.

? Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value help Product Owner in understanding practicing agility.

? Finding techniques feffective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understthe need fclear concise Product Backlog items
? Causing change in theganization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.

What do you need to apply?
? Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
? Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
? Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
? Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
? Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
? Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
? Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
? Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
? Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
? Must be willing to travel when required.
