Main Responsibility:
- Ensure all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing)
- Report/alert on critical issues set up recovery plan task force
- Support all under acquisition activities along with sales : establishing data fCAA consolidation as prototype costing, development costs, cost breakdown
- Ensure clean Project management deployment sustainability within his/herganization Plantganization (WOOM, PMA…) specific Aftermarket project guidelines
- Management of project portfolio : drive variabilize resource allocation & overheads budget, keep STR / PEM updated on the whole portfolio
- Ensure P&L improving plan deployment, Deep drives ECO activity L2/L3 planning monitoring
-To ensure flawless business quotation launch to achieve customer satisfaction Production engineering change meet CLPP validation, he will focus on :
1. Drive quotation Business plan reviews lead by PC to track progress of the checklist according to the milestones
2. Applying SOPR ready-checklist assessment with her/his team (including mapping of line / process qualification / process audit & FDPR readiness, status of IS preparation validation / scrap & TRP indicators (in line with IAR hypothesis).
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree knowledge of Product Group (product/process standards/commercial)
- Management skills with functional and/hierarchicalganization
- Financial skills about product cost structure, pay back, …
- Knowledge of Automotive development (5/7 years)
- Get successfull development experience as Project Manager (3/5 years) and/Department Manager (2/3 years)
- Good commof English

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project execution fdigital transformation IT integration initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget.
2. Set up configure Jira from 0-to-1, including project structure, workflows, permissions, integration with other tools (e.g., Confluence, email, calendars).
3. Facilitate project meetings conferences with global stakeholders; document action items, decisions, follow-ups.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams third-party vendors across regions.
5. Prepare present management decks finternal leadership client stakeholders.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes).
7. Support system integration activities between enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, WFM, CRM).
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, consulting, digital transformation projects.
2. Solid IT background with understanding of software development, system architecture, integration principles.
3. Hands-on experience with Jira – demonstrated ability to design implement workflows, dashboards, custom fields.
4. Fluent in English – strong written verbal communication skills finteracting with global teams international clients/vendors.
5. Excellent documentation presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
6. Proactive,ganized, able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
7. Experience in system integration projects is a strong plus.
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
