General Summary
The role is responsible fproject management, overall lead the program development until success launch through gate process, Support commercial team fthe new RFQ.
Closely working with commercial/engineering/quality team to build strong relationships with customer. Overall control program timing/budget/quality continue to drive program profit during whole development phase.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Support commercial fthe new RFQ, closely work/coordinate with internal team to take necessary actions to meet customer expectations.
2. Develop program timing based on customer milestones/expectations.
3. Manage program timing through gate progress to secure program launch.
4. Drive cross functional collaboration foster a culture of teamwork to achieve project deliverables meet aggressive deadlines.
5. Overall control program budget/spending.
6. Responsible fsupervising engineering change per customer’s milestone.
7. Continuous drive program P&L in each phase, pay particular attention operation cost (material cost/package/labor/freight etc.)
8. Identify proactively mitigate risks issues that may impact to program timeline,scope quality.
9. Report program progress, budget utilization key performance indicators to stakeholders senimanagement.
10. Ensure the key customer relation travelling to on-site support in necessity
11. Support VAVE activities
12. Comply with IATF/ TISAX / EHS any miscellaneous assignments as directed
Qualification
1. Bacheldegree above, 6yrs graduated above
2. 3yrs above Automotive PM/R&D experience preferred
3. Good communication interpersonal skills with the ability to effective influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Good English skills in both written spoken
5. Excellent program development knowledge with local OEMs
6. Strong problem solving decision making abilities with a proactive solutioniented mindset.
7. Proficiency in program management tools software(eg. MS project).
8. Fast reaction with customer needs, availability to travel to customer side any time.
Qualification:
1. Quality /Engineering background ,understproblem solving tooling (8D,5why,PDCA,SPC etc)
2. Program management experience minimum 3 years ,minimum 5 years graduated
3. Proactive approach, good at summarize problems, clear direction to team
4. Good at expressed her/himself especially in English, good at customer interaction relationship building with people
5. Strong driving ask fresolution, being an example being together with team in certain cases, no results no give up
6. Good at risk anticipation hands up ahead
7. Pay attention to details good documentation

BASIC FUNCTIONS
Be specifically responsible fimplementing the product program achieving the sales target in line with the category objective. He/she also needs to work closely with internal functional departments including but not limited to the national & regional sales team, as well as external customer e.g., distributors, developers, designers etc.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understthe market consumer needs fthe related categories as assigned; be able to study analyze market trend competitor. Follow up closely with strategic developer cases, A&D community cases, as well as other professional channels eg, full furnishing deco company cases etc, to drive the assigned category channel sales.
- Understcustomer needs to design a product solution, coordinate with product marketing, engineer, manufacture to drive the project channel sales.
- Be responsible fprojectders, including project evaluation, drawings review, margin analysis, project quotation PCI release etc.
- Support to develop innovative effective sales tools fprofessional channels.
- Work closely with sales team by participating in customer visits to drive more strategic agreement biddings signed to strengthen Kohler product penetration.
- Be able to conduct professional training to both internal external audiences.
Education Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree above
- Marketing sales working experience especially kitchen& bath related industry fexample durable products decoration material industry experience fat least 8 years, with solid marketing channel management experience is highly preferred.
- This person should be aggressive, with strong ownership, strong influence power, convincible, creative, resourceful, commercial sense analytical skill.
- Well experienced with adequate MS office software
- Acknowledge a satisfactory written & spoken English level
- Good capability of communication skill, marketing analysis skill
- Responsibility & ownership, high efficiency
- Can travel frequently.
