現(xiàn)招聘產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工程師,主要負(fù)責(zé)制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)落地與執(zhí)行工作。本崗位將與生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量及工程團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)驗(yàn)證、工業(yè)化導(dǎo)入及量產(chǎn)爬坡;作為研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)與工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)之間的技術(shù)橋梁,確保從工程樣件到穩(wěn)定量產(chǎn)的全流程順利落地。
崗位職責(zé)
(一)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)與工程驗(yàn)證
?駐場(chǎng)支持中國(guó)生產(chǎn)基地產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作,負(fù)責(zé)工程驗(yàn)證階段(EVT/DVT/PVT)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行
?將產(chǎn)品定義、圖紙及規(guī)格要求轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)文件
?主導(dǎo)工程驗(yàn)證與試產(chǎn)階段的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題排查,確保進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量及良率目標(biāo)達(dá)成
?推動(dòng)工廠向設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)反饋可制造性設(shè)計(jì)(DFM)/可裝配性設(shè)計(jì)(DFA)建議,保障產(chǎn)品可量產(chǎn)性與可擴(kuò)展性
(二)跨部門協(xié)同
?與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)、工藝工程、設(shè)備工程及質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作
?作為工廠團(tuán)隊(duì)與全球研發(fā)/產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的主要技術(shù)接口
?協(xié)調(diào)日常驗(yàn)證執(zhí)行、問(wèn)題跟蹤與閉環(huán)處理
?協(xié)助開(kāi)展供應(yīng)商協(xié)同工作,包括物料齊套、BOM準(zhǔn)確性及材料問(wèn)題處理
(三)量產(chǎn)爬坡與生產(chǎn)支持
?支持產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)爬坡與量產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備工作,包括工藝驗(yàn)證與良率穩(wěn)定
?主導(dǎo)或協(xié)助開(kāi)展量產(chǎn)爬坡階段產(chǎn)品及工藝問(wèn)題的根本原因分析與糾正措施
?管理工程變更(ECR/ECN),確保在工廠端及時(shí)落地
?支持成本降低、良率提升及各類持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目(8D、PDCA等)
?按需支持客戶審核、技術(shù)評(píng)審及問(wèn)題解決
任職要求
(一)教育背景與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?機(jī)械、電子、光學(xué)、制造工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
?3–7年產(chǎn)品工程或制造工程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有汽車或消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
?英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)可交流
?具備制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程驗(yàn)證與量產(chǎn)支持的實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?熟悉生產(chǎn)制造流程、良率管理及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行工作
?具備在工廠環(huán)境下開(kāi)展跨部門協(xié)作的能力
?可根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要出差

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to support product development with a strong focus on on-site execution at the manufacturing sites. This role will work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering teams to drive product development builds, industrialization, production ramp-up. The Product Development Engineer will act as the technical bridge between development teams factory operations, ensuring smooth execution from engineering builds to stable mass production.
Job Responsibilities:
?On-Site Product Development & Engineering Builds
?Support product development activities with on-site ownership of engineering builds (EVT/DVT/PVT) at China manufacturing sites.
?Translate product definitions, drawings, specifications executable manufacturing instructions.
?Lead on-site troubleshooting during engineering builds pilot runs to ensure schedule, quality, yield targets are met.
?Drive DFM/DFA feedback from factory to design teams to ensure manufacturability scalability.
?Cross-Functional Collaboration
?Work closely with manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, quality teams on the shop floor.
?Act as the primary technical interface between factory teams global R&D / product teams.
?Coordinate daily build execution, issue tracking, closure fdevelopment ramp activities.
?Support supplier coordination related to parts readiness, BOM accuracy, material issues.
?Ramp-Up & Production Support
?Support product ramp-up mass production readiness, including process validation yield stabilization.
?Lead support root cause analysis corrective actions fproduct- process-related issues during ramp production.
?Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) ensure timely implementation at the factory.
?Support cost reduction, yield improvement, continuous improvement initiatives.issues (8D, PDCA, etc.).
?Support customer audits, technical reviews, issue resolution as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Manufacturing, related field).
?3–7 years of experience in product manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive consumer electronics industries.
?Hands-on experience supporting engineering builds production at a manufacturing site.
?Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, yield management, shop-floexecution.
?Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a factory environment.
?Willingness to travel according to business needs.
