Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project execution fdigital transformation IT integration initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget.
2. Set up configure Jira from 0-to-1, including project structure, workflows, permissions, integration with other tools (e.g., Confluence, email, calendars).
3. Facilitate project meetings conferences with global stakeholders; document action items, decisions, follow-ups.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams third-party vendors across regions.
5. Prepare present management decks finternal leadership client stakeholders.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes).
7. Support system integration activities between enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, WFM, CRM).
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, consulting, digital transformation projects.
2. Solid IT background with understanding of software development, system architecture, integration principles.
3. Hands-on experience with Jira – demonstrated ability to design implement workflows, dashboards, custom fields.
4. Fluent in English – strong written verbal communication skills finteracting with global teams international clients/vendors.
5. Excellent documentation presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
6. Proactive,ganized, able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
7. Experience in system integration projects is a strong plus.
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
