【崗位職責(zé)】
1、?負(fù)責(zé)整店全年運(yùn)營指標(biāo)及運(yùn)營管理計劃,負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)算制定,推動并確保戰(zhàn)略指標(biāo)達(dá)成,監(jiān)督管理酒店的工作;
2、?熟悉掌握酒店產(chǎn)品知識及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),?熟悉酒店管理系統(tǒng);
3、?負(fù)責(zé)賓客從入住到退房的全程貼心服務(wù),并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊熱情友好地提供對客服務(wù);
4、?完善酒店運(yùn)營部管理制度等;
5、?與賓客保持良好的溝通,了解賓客各方面的需求和意見,及時落實解決;
6、?及時有效的解決賓客投訴,以及協(xié)調(diào)處理酒店突發(fā)事件;
7、?負(fù)責(zé)制定運(yùn)營宣傳推廣計劃、促銷活動、開業(yè)活動等策劃執(zhí)行;
8、?負(fù)責(zé)組織營運(yùn)和管理公司籌建等工作,配合公司整體戰(zhàn)略,拓展新機(jī)構(gòu),能夠組建團(tuán)隊、實施和協(xié)助培訓(xùn),實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo);
9、?對運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計、分析和總結(jié),不斷提高入住指標(biāo)和品牌影響力。

Job Requirements:
Knowledge/Qualifications:
1)College degree above;
2)Must have excellental written business communication skills in English the official language(s) of the designated customer(s);
3)Proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
4)Travel as required; maintain valid passport;
Experience:
1)Must have minimum two years priOE automotive sales experience;
2)Must have proven business negotiation skills;
3)Must have working knowledge of designated customer internalganization structure;
Job Purpose/Scope:
Primary interface commercial leader fassigned customer(s). Act as lead strategist negotiatfall commercial agreements. The Account Manager must maintain a strong company image build positive working relationships with customer personnel. They should also be proficient at seeking new product application business opportunities.
Main Responsibility:
1)Responsible fleadership of Litens business stability growth at designated customer(s);
2)Represent support different areas of Litens Automotive to the customer including Quality, Production, Finance, Supply Chain as required;
3)Maintain appropriate level of technical & commercial relationship with key customer personnel including up to date knowledge of customer policies;
4)Lead discussion with customer commercial area in all business subjects & negotiations;
5)Ensure technical support is available to customer when required;
6)Provide volumes to support yearly global business plan;
7)Review New Business Opportunities (NBO) tracking system;
8)Generate progress/reports as required;
9)Manage the customer’s supplier rating system;
10)Manage the customer warranty procedure;
11)Maintain working knowledge of customer’s purchasing terms conditions;
12)Ensure on-time delivery of promised prototypes and/data;
13)Maintain understanding of competitive landscape market trends;
14)Develop maintain strategic partnerships (i.e., belt companies).
