1. Communicate with product manager to confirm MRS prepare PRS accordingly.
2. effective solution (mechanical system) as per PRS with balance consideration between quality cost
3. Be responsible fthe risk management tasks (e.g. risk analysis, DFMEA), improve design with the measures considered.
4. Prepare/review verification protocols with test lab verify the design systematically.
5. Follow PDP procedure to build prototypes finish the related technical files.
6. Pre-study generate concepts fpotential projects.
知識(shí)/技能/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
1. More than 5 years design experience in R&D department of mechanical industry, medical industry is preferred
2. Have successful products design experience in chief design role, with knowing most manufacturing processes, such as machining, molding, surface treatment, heat treatment, etc.
3. Be good at top-down design methodology with main 3D design software (prefer to CATIA)
4. Have practical experience of risk management fdesign, including risk analysis DFMEA.
5. Have good basis of English in writing, prefer to have goodal English

Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner PowerDrive System products, including all wheel drive system control units electric vehicle propulsion system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
? Designing implementing control software fPowerDrive system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
? Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
? Unit testing using MIL/SIL method
? Software integration HIL testing
? Software architecture design verification
? software design documents requirement documents
? Software work estimation
? Support application/calibration work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronic Control Unit hardware software development (required)
? Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (preferred)
? Solid knowledge of C programming language (required)
? Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with Targetlink preferred
? Familiar with coding/modeling guidelines such as MISRA MAAB(required)
? Familiar with 32bit/16bit microcontroller from Infineon NXP(Freescale) (preferred)
? Experience with BLDC PMSM control preferred
? Good English skills (required)
? Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE(preferred)
? Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
? Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape etc. (preferred)
? Experience of script languages such as Python/Perl (preferred)
? Good driving skills preferred.
