主要職責：
1. 深度系統(tǒng)分析與設計：
- 負責核心模塊和復雜系統(tǒng)的詳細系統(tǒng)分析，不止于表面流程，要求深入底層原理，透徹理解技術選型、數(shù)據流、依賴關系和潛在風險。
- 具備將高層級設計從粗到細逐步細化的能力，產出詳盡、可行的技術方案和設計文檔。
2. 高質量編碼與實現(xiàn)：
- 負責核心功能的開發(fā)，編寫高效、可靠、可測試的代碼。
- 進行代碼評審，確保團隊代碼質量的一致性和高標準實踐。
3. 溝通與協(xié)作：
- 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調能力，能夠清晰地向技術與非技術人員闡述技術方案、設計理念和項目進展。
- 與產品經理、測試工程師等緊密合作，共同交付成功的產品。
4. 團隊指導與成長：

任職要求：
1. 計算機科學或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，5年以上后端或全棧開發(fā)經驗。
2.有2年及以上金融科技相關行業(yè)的工作經驗。
3. 擅長利用各類AI工具（如 GitHub Copilot, Qwen, Claude Sonnet）提升工作效率，并具備敏銳的能力判斷 AI 輸出的有效性、風險及其在金融場景中的適用性。
