主要職責：
1. 深度系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計：
- 負責核心模塊和復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的詳細系統(tǒng)分析，不止于表面流程，要求深入底層原理，透徹理解技術(shù)選型、數(shù)據(jù)流、依賴關(guān)系和潛在風(fēng)險。
- 具備將高層級設(shè)計從粗到細逐步細化的能力，產(chǎn)出詳盡、可行的技術(shù)方案和設(shè)計文檔。
2. 高質(zhì)量編碼與實現(xiàn)：
- 負責核心功能的開發(fā)，編寫高效、可靠、可測試的代碼。
- 進行代碼評審，確保團隊代碼質(zhì)量的一致性和高標準實踐。
3. 溝通與協(xié)作：
- 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠清晰地向技術(shù)與非技術(shù)人員闡述技術(shù)方案、設(shè)計理念和項目進展。
- 與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、測試工程師等緊密合作，共同交付成功的產(chǎn)品。
4. 團隊指導(dǎo)與成長：
- 積極指導(dǎo)初級開發(fā)人員，在編程技巧、設(shè)計模式、調(diào)試方法和職業(yè)發(fā)展上提供幫助，促進團隊整體技術(shù)實力的提升。
- 推動團隊建立AI輔助開發(fā)的高效實踐，組織內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)與經(jīng)驗分享。
任職要求：
1. 計算機科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上后端或全棧開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
2.有2年及以上金融科技相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗。
3. 擅長利用各類AI工具（如 GitHub Copilot, Qwen, Claude Sonnet）提升工作效率，并具備敏銳的能力判斷 AI 輸出的有效性、風(fēng)險及其在金融場景中的適用性。

1. 深刻的系統(tǒng)分析能力：擁有追根溯源的精神，樂于探究技術(shù)本質(zhì)和底層機制。
2. 系統(tǒng)化設(shè)計與細化能力：能將抽象需求轉(zhuǎn)化為具體、周密的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)方案。
3. 清晰的溝通與團隊協(xié)作精神：是優(yōu)秀的合作者，也是可靠的技術(shù)顧問。
4. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與指導(dǎo)意愿：具備 mentorship 能力，愿意幫助他人成長。
5. 精通Java，React及其生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
6. 對分布式系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫原理、緩存機制、消息隊列等有深入理解和實踐經(jīng)驗。
7. 有大型系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計或性能優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
