職位描述:
1. 作為設(shè)計經(jīng)理,負責(zé)組織設(shè)計團隊完成工藝包設(shè)計、可研報告編制、方案設(shè)計、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計、現(xiàn)場配合及竣工圖編制等項目全過程協(xié)調(diào)和推進;
2. 協(xié)調(diào)與業(yè)主、專利商、供貨商、各專業(yè)間的工作界面;
3. 組織并主持項目開工會、項目例會、項目專題會、廠家交流會等各類會議;
4. 制定項目設(shè)計進度計劃、確定項目WBS及交付物、配合項目投標報價;
5. 負責(zé)項目設(shè)計質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,與業(yè)主、主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及各專業(yè)負責(zé)人及時溝通;
6. 提交項目狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),重點項目提交項目月報;
7. 負責(zé)對所承接的項目提出建設(shè)性意見或建議;
8. 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。
職位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,有大型甲級設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,化工工藝系統(tǒng)專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;
2. 具有10年以上工程項目設(shè)計管理經(jīng)驗, 能獨立組織完成方案設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計、竣工圖制作等工作;
3. 熟悉國家和地方有關(guān)法規(guī)政策, 具備獨立撰寫技術(shù)方案的能力, 掌握一定的行業(yè)知識,能夠承擔(dān)復(fù)雜設(shè)計任務(wù);
4. 有較強的溝通表達能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,具備良好的團隊合作精神,較強的抗壓能力;
5. 身體健康,無不良嗜好。

Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner PowerDrive System products, including all wheel drive system control units electric vehicle propulsion system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
? Designing implementing control software fPowerDrive system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
? Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
? Unit testing using MIL/SIL method
? Software integration HIL testing
? Software architecture design verification
? software design documents requirement documents
? Software work estimation
? Support application/calibration work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronic Control Unit hardware software development (required)
? Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (preferred)
? Solid knowledge of C programming language (required)
? Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with Targetlink preferred
? Familiar with coding/modeling guidelines such as MISRA MAAB(required)
? Familiar with 32bit/16bit microcontroller from Infineon NXP(Freescale) (preferred)
? Experience with BLDC PMSM control preferred
? Good English skills (required)
? Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE(preferred)
? Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
? Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape etc. (preferred)
? Experience of script languages such as Python/Perl (preferred)
? Good driving skills preferred.
