職位描述:
1. 作為設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)理,負(fù)責(zé)組織設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成工藝包設(shè)計(jì)、可研報(bào)告編制、方案設(shè)計(jì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配合及竣工圖編制等項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程協(xié)調(diào)和推進(jìn);
2. 協(xié)調(diào)與業(yè)主、專利商、供貨商、各專業(yè)間的工作界面;
3. 組織并主持項(xiàng)目開(kāi)工會(huì)、項(xiàng)目例會(huì)、項(xiàng)目專題會(huì)、廠家交流會(huì)等各類會(huì)議;
4. 制定項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、確定項(xiàng)目WBS及交付物、配合項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià);
5. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,與業(yè)主、主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及各專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人及時(shí)溝通;
6. 提交項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目提交項(xiàng)目月報(bào);
7. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)所承接的項(xiàng)目提出建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)或建議;
8. 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。
職位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,有大型甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,化工工藝系統(tǒng)專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;
2. 具有10年以上工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn), 能獨(dú)立組織完成方案設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、竣工圖制作等工作;
3. 熟悉國(guó)家和地方有關(guān)法規(guī)政策, 具備獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)技術(shù)方案的能力, 掌握一定的行業(yè)知識(shí),能夠承擔(dān)復(fù)雜設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù);
4. 有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力;
5. 身體健康,無(wú)不良嗜好。
