任職要求：
? 1-3 years relative work experience;
? At least 1 year helpdesk support experience;
? Good understanding in SYNTAX service process, ITIL, ITSM;
? Good understanding in helpdesk support knowledge, PC client, basic network knowledge Windows 10/11 OS;
? Good communication skills of verbal writing English;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

? Integrate activities within buyingganization to ensure consistent appropriate mutual support
? Franges of commodities respond quickly to any quality assurance issues, be aware of deteriorating persistent problems, act decisively to resolve it at a timely manner.
? Implement support the change management process regarding supplier components, including PPAP approval, Run@Rate audit.
? Develop implement plans to achieve targeted objectives fTFS suppliers bad performance suppliers.
? Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting audit, workshops and/training at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing quality systems, other manufacturing technical support as required.
? Function globally with various staffs suppliers to coordinate/implement effective timely resolution to quality issues.
? Interprets, implements, administers Nexteer SQ practices, policies & procedures
Skills Abilities/Qualification:
? High level of analytical ability to assess resolve complex, technical problems by 3L5-why, 8-D problem solving tools, etc.
? High level of sense of urgency problem-solving approach / mindset
? Technology degree with a majin engineering equivalent work experience
? Be able to check tooling gauge design skillful in GD&T
? Proficiental written communication skills.
? Highly proficient in desktop computer skills
? Must be able willing to travel internationally, frequently at times.

? BachelEducational Major- Engineering
Experience:
? 3 years of quality management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus.
? 8 years of quality management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus. (Senior)
