? Responsible fsoftware installation hardware maintenance;
? Responsible fPC maintenance of internal external;
? Responsible fService Desk operation remote technical support,
? Responsible fonsite technical support.
任職要求:
? 1-3 years relative work experience;
? At least 1 year helpdesk support experience;
? Good understanding in SYNTAX service process, ITIL, ITSM;
? Good understanding in helpdesk support knowledge, PC client, basic network knowledge Windows 10/11 OS;
? Good communication skills of verbal writing English;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

Responsibilities
1.Creates implements support plan fcustomer in conjunction with cross functional groups customer maintenance team with objectives of reducing equipment downtime maintenance cost.
2.Perform system installation, PM, calibration, retrofit, training troubleshooting.
3.Escalates service problem take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
provides technical expertise value to customers.
4.Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system.
5.Provides hardware development consultation.
6.More senilevels may provide recommendations/inputs the next generation product development.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
1.Degree in electronics engineering related field.
2.Experience in working with customer in the semi test area is a plus.
3.Has a good working attitude willingness to work.
4.Can work under higher pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
5.Have testing ATE experience will be a plus.
6.Fluent in English is a plus.
7.Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
8.Flexible to support business trip as project requirement.
9.ATE experience with on site support at OSAT will be a plus.
