職責描述:
? Responsible fsoftware installation hardware maintenance;
? Responsible fPC maintenance of internal external;
? Responsible fService Desk operation remote technical support,
? Responsible fonsite technical support.
任職要求:
? 1-3 years relative work experience;
? At least 1 year helpdesk support experience;
? Good understanding in SYNTAX service process, ITIL, ITSM;
? Good understanding in helpdesk support knowledge, PC client, basic network knowledge Windows 10/11 OS;
? Good communication skills of verbal writing English;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

工作職責:
1.不合格品處理.(包括原材料,半成品及成品);
2.處理QC異常報告單問題直至解決;
3.每周/每月FTQ匯總,分析前5大問題,組織小組分析解決問題.
4.根據(jù)計劃完成產(chǎn)品/過程審核.支持體系和客戶審核.
5.組織團隊對主要不良問題解決.
6. 質(zhì)量文件定期更新.
7.支持系統(tǒng)審核TS16949/ISO14001,支持第三方審核/客戶審核
8.協(xié)助CQE解決客戶投訴問題,針對退貨產(chǎn)品匯總,分析原因采取措施.
9.質(zhì)量主管安排其他工作
任職資格:
1.專科以上學歷,有汽車行業(yè)和塑料零部件的工作經(jīng)驗;
2.具備PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA,VDA, 6sigma的知識和應用經(jīng)驗
3.具備IATF 16949和VDA 6.3內(nèi)部審核員優(yōu)先考慮
4.熟悉整車廠CSR,如BIQS,Q1,VQE, Formal Q等。
