? Responsible fService Desk operation remote technical support,
? Responsible fonsite technical support.
任職要求:
? 1-3 years relative work experience;
? At least 1 year helpdesk support experience;
? Good understanding in SYNTAX service process, ITIL, ITSM;
? Good understanding in helpdesk support knowledge, PC client, basic network knowledge Windows 10/11 OS;
? Good communication skills of verbal writing English;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

MajResponsibility:
1. Engineering Skill: Engineering/design modeling computer skill. Guide project team member to establish computer. Modular symbols. Detect prevent defect/issues on product design process
Analyze the cause of defect resolve the
problem through different production processes
2. Product restructure/design: Independent design skills, rigid structures, ergonomically, BlFMA compliances, usages of materials
3. Production Technical Support: Initiate discussion with production with production department/supplier during the process from design to finish goods.
4. Quality Support: Analyze defect product root cause. Provide practical improvement plan to prevent defect. Knowledge of A3/8D to improve work.
Job Requirement:
1. 2 years equivalent furniture/product design experience; Marketing insight ability; Furniture trend branding knowledge; Provide conceptual design based on different needs;
2. Well aware metal aluminum parts’ selection, production method process;
3. Thorough knowledge on OEM products, steel cabinet, veneer painting product structure production processes;
4. SAP processing knowledge, familiar capable to set up product BOM in SAP;
5. Creo model design skill engineering drawing skill;
6. Written verbal English above CET 4;
