Your main responsibilities are:
1. Develop the processing techniques fnew products.
2. Design the fixtures non-standard tools required fproduction.
3. Determine the working hours establish the standard working hours.
4. Compile the processing procedures. Prepare the tools needed fprocessing.
5. Reasonably arrange the production plan.
6. Continuously improve the processing techniques.
7. Machine processing personnel management
You will shine in this role when you have:
General Skills:
1. Good communication skills
2. Fluent in English, at least written fluency
3. Good computer operation skills
4. Maintain learning ability, have the courage to innovate.
Professional Skills:
1. Over 3 years of machining experience.
2. Proficient in using 3D software ffixture design skilled in CAM programming fmachining processes.
3. Having management experience in anganic processing workshop, with at least team leader management experience required.
4. Candidates with production management experience are preferred.
