任職要求:
? 1-3 years relative work experience;
? At least 1 year helpdesk support experience;
? Good understanding in SYNTAX service process, ITIL, ITSM;
? Good understanding in helpdesk support knowledge, PC client, basic network knowledge Windows 10/11 OS;
? Good communication skills of verbal writing English;
? Good personal attitude, sincerity.

Quality planner fnew projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate.
Review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)
Customer approval fmass production change.
Customer audits follow-up.
CSR evaluation negotiation.
Customer complaint handling problem solving with the team.
Quality target definition fnew project.
Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…)
Sample quality assurance.
Lessons learnt fnew projects.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Your profile:
Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
Project quality, quality planning customer quality experience is required.
Bacheldegree above.
Fluent in both writtenal English.
Quality systematic all over knowledge.
Quality planning ability.
Problem solving skills.
Familiar with IATF16949, Quality tools, Poka Yoke, Project Management.
