Work Scope:
? Develop safety production documents as needed
? Cooperate with the execution of EHS management systems
? Ensure employees comply with EHS procedures, such as EHS inspections, safety teams,
change management procedures, etc.
? Establish first aid team, emergency response team, etc./first aid, emergency response
training drills
? Special equipment management, to ensure that relevant licenses are obtained according
to the requirements of government departments, to assist relevant personnel
in obtaining special operation licenses
? Approval of permits fhigh-risk operations
? Inspection of factory safety hazards
? Contractmanagement process execution
? Formulation implementation of safety rules regulations
? Factory fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, safety signs, fire exits other fire
system inspections fire protection maintenance, etc.
? On-site safety inspection
? EHStraining fnew employees, contractors, visitors, etc.
? Occupational health related work
? Other safety work
Requirement:
? Bacheldegree above, English as working language, engineering related majors
? 1-2 years of machinery factory work experience work experience in foreign-funded
enterprises is preferred
? Familiar with factory safety management
? Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading writing
? Strong learning ability strong communication skills
? Good teamwork ability, good problem-solving ability

Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner PowerDrive System products, including all wheel drive system control units electric vehicle propulsion system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
? Designing implementing control software fPowerDrive system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
? Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
? Unit testing using MIL/SIL method
? Software integration HIL testing
? Software architecture design verification
? software design documents requirement documents
? Software work estimation
? Support application/calibration work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronic Control Unit hardware software development (required)
? Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (preferred)
? Solid knowledge of C programming language (required)
? Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with Targetlink preferred
? Familiar with coding/modeling guidelines such as MISRA MAAB(required)
? Familiar with 32bit/16bit microcontroller from Infineon NXP(Freescale) (preferred)
? Experience with BLDC PMSM control preferred
? Good English skills (required)
? Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE(preferred)
? Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
? Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape etc. (preferred)
? Experience of script languages such as Python/Perl (preferred)
? Good driving skills preferred.
