Title: CRM Manager
Location: Shanghai
Reports to China Marketing & Communication Associate Director
TEAM MEMBER: CRM Supervis
INTERFACES: Commercial team, Marketing peers Global CRM team, RIC Digital team, RIC IT team
MAJRESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Database management: ensure existing CRM database is well maintained
2. Reporting: support China, Regional Global teams in terms of CRM VIP reporting needs, including standard monthly KPI reporting
3. Work with the Retail team to ensure that boutiques have appropriate CRM database management capabilities, including databased build up maintenance.
4. Support Retail team fbrdriven activations/Essential Moment VIP recruitment hospitality management, etc.
5. Coordinate with Wholesale team to support the transfer of Retail CRM capability as appropriate
6. Provide data mining, intelligence segmentation insights, including working with 3rd party agencies as appropriate. Work closely with Marketing peers to ensure that customer insights segmentation are incorporated marketing campaign planning. Assist in the measurement of Maison campaigns by interfacing with the 3rd party data analytics agency
7. GWP other VIP yearly reward: plan the development & utilization of GWP other rewards fmulti usages.
8. Work with Retail team to ensure that CRM data collection storage meets Richemont Group compliance standards
9. Liaison with Richemont Group other Maisons to identify new opportunities in optimizing data collection, database integration (e.g., with social data, customer service, eCommerce) support to enhance precise marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? University degree
? At least 10 years’ experience in specific knowledge area
? Luxury market experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement
? Business-savvy with a track record of identifying growth opportunities through data insights, retention strategies, revenue uplift.
? Skilled in designing integrated acquisition strategies that align social media campaigns with CRM nurturing workflows, enhancing lead-to-customer conversion rates.
? Mix of analytical, client management service mindset
? High emotional EQ in working with multiple internal external stakeholders
? Excellent communication skills
? Good commofal written English in a professional setting
? Personable able to communicate the Maison spirit to internal external parties, including VIPs

General Summary
The role is responsible fproject management, overall lead the program development until success launch through gate process, Support commercial team fthe new RFQ.
Closely working with commercial/engineering/quality team to build strong relationships with customer. Overall control program timing/budget/quality continue to drive program profit during whole development phase.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Support commercial fthe new RFQ, closely work/coordinate with internal team to take necessary actions to meet customer expectations.
2. Develop program timing based on customer milestones/expectations.
3. Manage program timing through gate progress to secure program launch.
4. Drive cross functional collaboration foster a culture of teamwork to achieve project deliverables meet aggressive deadlines.
5. Overall control program budget/spending.
6. Responsible fsupervising engineering change per customer’s milestone.
7. Continuous drive program P&L in each phase, pay particular attention operation cost (material cost/package/labor/freight etc.)
8. Identify proactively mitigate risks issues that may impact to program timeline,scope quality.
9. Report program progress, budget utilization key performance indicators to stakeholders senimanagement.
10. Ensure the key customer relation travelling to on-site support in necessity
11. Support VAVE activities
12. Comply with IATF/ TISAX / EHS any miscellaneous assignments as directed
Qualification
1. Bacheldegree above, 6yrs graduated above
2. 3yrs above Automotive PM/R&D experience preferred
3. Good communication interpersonal skills with the ability to effective influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Good English skills in both written spoken
5. Excellent program development knowledge with local OEMs
6. Strong problem solving decision making abilities with a proactive solutioniented mindset.
7. Proficiency in program management tools software(eg. MS project).
8. Fast reaction with customer needs, availability to travel to customer side any time.
Qualification:
1. Quality /Engineering background ,understproblem solving tooling (8D,5why,PDCA,SPC etc)
2. Program management experience minimum 3 years ,minimum 5 years graduated
3. Proactive approach, good at summarize problems, clear direction to team
4. Good at expressed her/himself especially in English, good at customer interaction relationship building with people
5. Strong driving ask fresolution, being an example being together with team in certain cases, no results no give up
6. Good at risk anticipation hands up ahead
7. Pay attention to details good documentation
