? ? ?Support initiative owners by managing project financials holistically
? ? ?Facilitate the fulfillment of ad hoc requests from key stakeholders pertaining to management reporting?
? ? ?Perform regular program/project report consolidation submission
? ? ?Support Refinement Forums with the necessary segment data freporting
? ? ?Analyse trends, highlight issues work with relevant parties to resolve issues
? ? ?Tracking reporting of project milestones, risks issues project artefacts ensure these are managed in line with SCB’s policies?
? ? ?Ensure control around vendengagements (SOWs, Sourcing/Engagement requests, supplier management processes controls)
? ? ?Manage headcount approvals, accurately track report staff headcount by different employment categories maintain effective communication with MTs on the headcount approval progress
? ? ?Collaborate in the implementation of FM transformation initiatives facilitate the tracking of ADO code commit status?
? ? ?Produce monthly management reports by consolidating project achievements concerns
Business
? ? ?Responsible fensuring project financials are governed according to the Bank’s accounting principles e.g. Opex, Capex, Accruals etc.

? ? ?Responsible fensuring projects follow ECM’s project management controls & guidelines (GRAM,O etc.)
Risk Management
? ? ?The ability to interpret projects/programmes financial information, identify key issues based on this information put in place appropriate controls measures.

? ? ?Awareness understanding of the Bank’s project/programme governance framework
