The purpose is to reform a strategic distribution network fdedicate region.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
1. Understfollow the brdistribution strategic goals.
2. Assist line manager to improve the distribution network fdepartment stores, boutiques airport channel.
3. Assist Line manager to improve brand’s market position achieve financial growth.
4. To monitory market trends. keep seeking the good opportunity potential project fbrands in Key Cities.
5. Review current approach to business development make changes where necessary.
6. Builds key Landlords relationships. Keep in touch with potential Landlords to establish rapport business relationship.
7. Negotiations with Landlords to achieve a profitable bargain, closes business deals maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Reporting on successes areas needing adjustment improvements while contract renewal renovations.
8. Monitoring ongoing project, handle the conflict queries which inder to make sure the project go through smoothly landing perfectly.?
KEY FIGURES /MEASUREMENT
1. Store # in line with 3-year strategic guideline (Open & Close & Renew).
2. Location: Secure prime location fbrvisibility, image traffic.
3. Cost optimizes: Engage landlords/ department stores to gain best deal at bractivation (Rental optimize, cost optimize &Renovation capex bear etc).
4. New doopening support HPP& OOH etc. Marketing resource support &External Storage, cabin fnew dowhere is requested.
5. Team supportive

1、負(fù)責(zé)公司級(jí)研發(fā)與訂單交付項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)和管理:實(shí)施項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,控制進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,協(xié)調(diào)資源推進(jìn),確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)按計(jì)劃達(dá)成;
2、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程管理:根據(jù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃定期檢視、匯總和匯報(bào);組織項(xiàng)目里程碑、完工驗(yàn)收及結(jié)項(xiàng)的各種審計(jì)工作、變更管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和問(wèn)題管理等項(xiàng)目管理活動(dòng),并組織對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);
3、負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司年度研發(fā)計(jì)劃和產(chǎn)品銷售計(jì)劃編制研發(fā)產(chǎn)品的小批量生產(chǎn)、量產(chǎn)投產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。
4、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目管理事務(wù):包括體系建設(shè)、項(xiàng)目管理制度建設(shè)、規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn);提供項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中所需的各類模板、清單;提供項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)、電子半導(dǎo)體、機(jī)械工程、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,5年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),或碩士學(xué)歷,3年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,
熟練使用辦公軟件;
3、熟悉項(xiàng)目管理工作過(guò)程及相關(guān)分析方法,熟練掌握項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)和工具;同時(shí)具備產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃的專業(yè)知識(shí),熟練應(yīng)用計(jì)劃制定與執(zhí)行的具體措施和方法;
4、優(yōu)秀的溝通和組織能力,較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和書面表達(dá)能力;具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力、高效的執(zhí)行力和優(yōu)秀的職業(yè)操守;
5、具有項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)資質(zhì)證書(PMP)優(yōu)先;
6、具備跨部門、多業(yè)務(wù)線,涉及軟、硬件技術(shù)領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目的成熟運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
7、具有優(yōu)秀的分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力,思路清晰,對(duì)工作上的挑戰(zhàn)充滿激情;能承受較大的工作壓力。
