Job responsibilities:
1. According to the companys development strategy plan, be responsible fformulating short-, medium- long-term human resources work plans, provideganizational human resources fthe companys development;
2. According to the companys business situation market situation at all stages, optimize theganizational structure, improveganizational efficiency, complete the talent introduction sub-echelon construction of the corresponding business section;
3. Participate in the formulation of the companys business goals strategies, provide opinions on human resources processganization management, ensure theganizational feasibility of business goals strategies;
4. Responsible fformulating various human resources policies implementation methods, including recruitment, training, performance management, remuneration welfare, career development, etc., establishing improving the human resources management system;
5. Lead the annual human resources recruitment plan, be responsible fthe recruitment of core key technical talents, establish efficient talent introduction channels;
6. Promote the construction of corporate culture in various ways, develop establish communication channels femployees keep the channels open;
7. Promote the digital management of human resources, promote the construction of HR informatization, improve the efficiency of human resources operation.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: full-time bachelors degree above, human resources management, business administration, psychology other related majors, excellent English speaking ability, able to communicate with foreign colleagues without barriers;
2. Work experience: more than 15 years of experience in human resources management in large-scale manufacturing industries, including 5 years more of experience in manufacturing management positions, excellent strategic thinking, insight, communication leadership;
3. Those who are familiar with national lablaws regulations related policies, have experience in overseas human resources management, cross-departmental coordination resource integration ability are preferred.
