職責(zé)描述:? Identify develop new business growth opportunities in terms of chemicals, petrochemicals market services, Complete company marketing KPI.
? Develop strategies tactics capture teams needed to bring opportunities to fruition.
? Part of the negotiating team that enables bids to come to contract.
? Prospect generation (through service market development processes) Revenue generation (through key account management processes).
? Build manage a business development focus in the China fFW.
? Lead anganized prospects process fbid/no bid decisions winning strategy development, ensuring the right people are exposed to the client at the right time to maximize probability of success.
? Interface with other departments FW Affiliate offices to deliver execution capabilities across business lines.
? Ensure involvement participation of stakeholders in the pursuit recommendation of prospects.
? Ensure that business development activities messages are communicated across China Operations Corporate FW.
? Manage Sales & Marketing databases fChina Operations contribute to the required communication process.
? Furnish business development activity reports.
? Develop continuous improvement plans implement任職要求:
? Chemicals Engineering Marketing relevant background, MBA desirable.
? At least 5-10 years’ experience in Project Management, Account Management, General Management Business Development Management similar roles.
? Experience of FEED/EPC strategies highly desirable.
? Experience of interfacing networking at a corporate level.

What is the job about?
? Lead the development of complex business critical product/offerings projects strategically critical projects.
? Drive best-practice project program development management within Grundfos through utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, processes (e.g. PRINCE2)
Your main responsibilities:
? Overall responsible fleading large complex projects/release trains within a product group.
? Responsible towards a defined Project Owner fthe successful implementation overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, Risks.
? Taking ownership of successful project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective.
? Responsible fthe full lifetime of the assigned projects
? Responsible fdelivering the financial business case in the assigned projects
? Responsible fsecuring project execution in compliance with the Grundfos project governance model PRINCE2 standards, including meeting mandatory gate requirements utilizing the GPDM tool box.
? Perform Excellent Stakeholder Management on all levels in theganisation
? Mentoring coaching relevant colleagues in the PUganisation.
The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:
? (Always) Coaching the Development Team in self-organization cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working
? Facilitating Scrum events as requested needed. Being cognizant about team health act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
? Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value help Product Owner in understanding practicing agility.
? Helping the Development Team to high-value products
? Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
? Finding techniques feffective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understthe need fclear concise Product Backlog items
? Causing change in theganization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
? Develop own skills prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events
What do you need to apply?
? Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
? Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
? Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
? Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
? Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
? Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
? Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
? Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
? Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
? Must be willing to travel when required.
