The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has the mandate to foster economic growth in Asia by investing in infrastructure other productive areas promoting regional cooperation partnership.
The Finance Assistant (FA) is an integral part of the Financial Accounting Reporting Team in the Office of the Controller. FA will provide a full range of administrative business support to the team, including coordinating meetings travel, preparing documents, facilitating internal external communications. FA will be also involved in the maintenance of accounting journal entries in the financial system in accordance with the Bank’s accounting policies undertakes periodical reconciliation work. Under the supervision of the SeniFinance Officers the FA performs his/her duties in a consistent, accurate timely fashion.
The key responsibilities fthe FA include but are not limited to:
?Prepare, review documents fcontract procurements work closely with other Business Units such as Procurement Budget team;
?Compose input journal entries financial system (SAP) ensure proper recording of accrual in the SAP system;
?Resolving questions on SAP financial system with various departments system vendors;
?Provide full logistical support fmeetings, workshops, events, conferences, tasks include scheduling, preparing sending meeting invitations, room/venue bookings, taking distributing meeting minutes, ensuring smooth execution, other support may be instructed;
?Coordinate logistics fkey tasks such as business travel (including visa applications, travel arrangements, itineraries, meeting agendas, travel documentation etc.), memo, budget claims processing;
?Follow-up on internal control points raised by external internal auditors status periodically; and
?Undertake ad-hoc assignments at the discretion of the supervisor.

Criteria:
?Bachelor’s degree above in related fields
?Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative support and/accounting experience, preferably in an international financial institution.
?Strategic problem solver with basic knowledge in financial accounting reporting.
?High attention to detail, with a proactive service-oriented mindset.
?Ability to work under pressure handle confidential information with integrity.
?Experience in a multinational environment with dispersed teams is an advantage
?Proficient in verbal/written English Chinese
