Purpose
The employee is allocated to one more projects as SeniArchitect.
The employee is, within the contractual frame fthe project, responsible fsecuring that architect design is executed according to the customer’s requirements expectations, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule, price quality.
Work of Scope
This will take place through:
1) A close dialog with the users concerning the project scope customers’ requirements.
2) Ensuring good design quality output in compliance with relevant procedure standards.
3) Tender preparation, evaluation of contractor/supplier quotations contract negotiations.
4) Knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements standards.
5) Cross disciplinary coordination, including site support.
6) Skillful usage of AutoCAD etc. relevant architectural design 2D & 3D software.
7) Good skills both in architecture general plot plan.
Qualification
1) BachelMaster Degree in architecture equivalent.
2) You must have minimum 15 years’ professional experience, minimum 1 year experience from industrial factory building design, preferably in pharmacy design field.
3) Creative constructional design skills. Some cross-cultural skills experience in making tender material (drawings specifications) is preferable, even according to British, US, EU as well as other standards.
4) Good skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up etc. relevant Architectural 2D & 3D design.
5) Knows each design phases work both in architecture general plot plan such as Concept Design, Preliminary Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, Cost Estimate, tender document etc.

Job Description:
· Be responsible farchitect board meeting.
· Be responsible fsystem architect with Cloud based services.
· Design setup the project environments.
· Define continuous improvement plan.
· Disaster recovery set up finfrastructure application level.
Qualification:
· At least 10 years’ experience in IT related cloud based topics.
· Below requirements related to the 3 public clouds, is based on the group of architects level.
· Experience in implementing deploying AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud-based solutions .
· Know-how in AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Openstack principle, networking design, storage/computing resource flavselection ).
· Know-how in AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud PaaS services（e.g. K8S principle, Docker principle, application management service）.
· Know-how in interface technologies (e.g. Web services (SOAP, RESTful, XML, XSDs, (X)HTML / DHTML).
· Know-how Database Knowledge, MySQL, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL,acle, NoSQL so on.
· Know-how in web servers application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere.
· Familiar with DevOps, CI-CD pipelines, application pipelines process tool sets, especially concourse.
· Familiar with Migration process tool sets, especially lift shift from on premise to public cloud (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud).
· Familiar with IT testing procedures, software versioning, deployment processes related to online projects.
· Familiar with ITSM process Tool sets.
· Familiar with Bug-Tracking tool (internally externally) specific fonline projects like JIRA BONFIRE.
· Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients third-parties.
· Excellent written verbal communication skills in English Chinese, written & spoken.
