Position Summary
We are seeking a technically astute customer success-oriented Micro-CT Applications Specialist to join our team. Main Tasks
1、 Pre-Sales Technical Support: Deeply understclient needs (spanning diverse fields such as materials science, life sciences, geology/archaeology, electronics manufacturing) to provide expert technical consultation. Design demonstrate customized micro-CT solutions that precisely address client pain points, facilitating business acquisition project success.
2、Post-Sales Application Support: Conduct comprehensive client training to ensure optimal utilization of equipment. Deliver timely, professional technical troubleshooting remote/on-site application support. Build long-term client trust enhance customer satisfaction loyalty.
3、Market Development & Solution Innovation: Proactively conduct market research based on our product portfolios technical strengths to identify develop new application fields market directions. Spearhead the creation of innovative application solutions fnovel scenarios unmet needs. Develop technical whitepapers, case studies, promotional materials.
4、Technical Enablement & Knowledge Management: Gather analyze frontline application feedback to inform product iteration R&D. Serve as an internal technical knowledge hub, providing ongoing product application training to sales marketing teams to elevate the overall technical competency of theganization.
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree above in material science, semiconductelectronics related discipline
Experience
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience pre-sales technical support mixed experience, CT/FIB/SEM experience is a plus
Other skills
1、Solid understanding of micro-CT / X-ray 3D imaging principles, operation, image processing, data analysis.
2、Excellent communication presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to clients colleagues with diverse backgrounds.
3、Strong analytical problem-solving abilities ftackling complex application challenges.
4、Exceptional learning agility innovative mindset, with a keen curiosity enthusiasm fnew knowledge domains.
5、Priexperience in a customer-facing technical support, applications scientist, related R&D role is preferred
