Objective:
To achieve Intelligent driving system development implementation in vehicle
Task:
? Lead requirements analysis, architecture design, functional module development fautonomous driving system (e.g., perception, decision-making& planning, control), implementation in vehicle.
? Perform software-hardware integration fautomotive controllers, optimize senscalibration (e.g., Camera, LiDAR, Radar), ensure compatibility with related systems (e.g., EPS, BSM, EVCU).
? Support MIL/SIL/HIL testing, develop automated test scripts, validate ADAS functions performance.
? Analyze test data, identify system issues, drive product optimization.
? Analyze competitvehicle ADAS/AD systems, establish technical benchmarking, evaluate supplier capabilities.
? Conduct research analysis on Intelligent driving technologies to support products innovation.
Qualification:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree higher in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, related fields.
? Skills:
Familiarity with CAN/CANFD/Automotive Ethernet protocols AUTOSAR architecture.
Knowledge of various perception sensors characteristics, GB Foreign regulations of autonomous driving
Experience in sensfusion algorithms (e.g., Kalman filtering, object tracking), SLAM/PLC, Decision-making & Planning, control algorithms (e.g., PID, MPC).
Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) ASPICE development processes.
? Experience: 5+ years in autonomous driving development, with ADAS L2+ /L4 mass production project experience preferred.

? Lead the development of complex business critical product/offerings projects strategically critical projects.
? Drive best-practice project program development management within Grundfos through utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, processes (e.g. PRINCE2)
Your main responsibilities:
? Overall responsible fleading large complex projects/release trains within a product group.
? Responsible towards a defined Project Owner fthe successful implementation overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, Risks.
? Taking ownership of successful project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective.
? Responsible fthe full lifetime of the assigned projects
? Responsible fdelivering the financial business case in the assigned projects
? Responsible fsecuring project execution in compliance with the Grundfos project governance model PRINCE2 standards, including meeting mandatory gate requirements utilizing the GPDM tool box.
? Perform Excellent Stakeholder Management on all levels in theganisation
? Mentoring coaching relevant colleagues in the PUganisation.
The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:
? (Always) Coaching the Development Team in self-organization cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working

? Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value help Product Owner in understanding practicing agility.
? Helping the Development Team to high-value products

? Finding techniques feffective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understthe need fclear concise Product Backlog items
? Causing change in theganization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
? Develop own skills prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events
What do you need to apply?
? Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
? Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
? Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
? Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
? Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
? Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
? Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
? Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
? Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
? Must be willing to travel when required.
