JOB DESCRIPTION
? Support company objectives in brpositioning, target segment within the China market
? Manage all in-house & off-site marketing campaigns, events, seminars, partner events.
? Work with HQ external creative agencies on marketing materials such as brochures, event booth designs adverts on all media platforms, including online digital platforms – Wechat, Baidu, non- Chinese social media platforms
? Define, measure report performance of marketing campaigns.
? Develop manage partners, agencies vendors in maximising campaign effectiveness.
? Lead the execution of local marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders leveraging the right internal processes by working closely with HQ team in Singapore.
? Plan manage A&P budget, updating monitoring expenses.
? Conduct market research competitanalysis with other team members to formulate effective marketing campaigns
? Manage handle day-to-day administrative duties.
JOB REQUIREMENT
? Degree in Business Marketing Communications equivalent.
? At least 3 to 5 years of marketing events management experience with demonstrated track record in leading managing physical events.
? Creative thinker who works well independently as a team.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Document, Powerpoint, Photoshop Illustrator
? Good knowledge on social media tools like Wechat Business Account, Baidu search
? Positive attitude, detail customeriented with good multitaskingganisational ability.
? Excellent communication,ganization interpersonal skills
