Job Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Technical Leadership:Lead architecture development of core AIOps modules including CMDB, DCIM, automation, observability platforms etc..Design implement AI-powered features such as anomaly detection, root cause analysis, intelligent alerting.Integrate GenAI technologies to elevate user experience operational intelligence.Ensure the scalability, availability, reliability of the AIOps platform in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.2. Global Team Collaboration:Collaborate with global engineering teams across Malaysia, Singapore, other regions.Drive standardization of AIOps architecture promote engineering best practices.3. Customer & Business Support:Support integration of AIOps capabilities Lenovo’s cloud infrastructure products.Work with product, sales, solution teams to address customer requirements business goals.Provide architectural support in customer engagements, pilots, solution design.Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field.- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development architecture, especially in AIOps infrastructure-related systems.- Deep understanding of AIOps domains such as CMDB, observability, automation, data center infrastructure management (DCIM).- Proficient in Java, with strong experience in Spring Spring Cloud frameworks.- Familiar with relational databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL.- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD workflows.- Solid understanding of DevOps principles Scrum agile methodologies.- Knowledge of applying AI/ML GenAI technologies to IT operations is a strong plus.- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to work across global teams customer environments.
