MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要職責(zé):
System engineering proficiency
à Define the overall target the individual target of each phase fspecific PES project
à Negotiate with customer fthe potential deviations of development timelines, scopes, requirements, get agreement
à Drive the development team, test validation team to achieve the delivery target according to the project inputs
à Role as the technical leader of PES project, account fthe result of technical solutions
à Role as the process owner of system engineering process such include: Requirement engineering, Change management, Problem resolution, product release so on, account fthe result of system engineering process
à Present in front of customer fthe trouble shooting of high priority defects, critical technical solutions other critical R&D topics
à Lead the trouble shooting of DV, PV production line
à Participate in ASPICE audit with internal/external team
à Support Quality team fin-depth product failure analysis
à Work with the Marquardt SEP
à Develop work with the PEP - process

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本崗位任職條件:
à Bachelor’s degree with engineering background plus minimal 5 years working experience Master degree plus minimal 3 years working experience
à Solid technical knowledge in system design fauto parts/components (especially PES products)
à Strong understanding of system architecture high level PES system requirements
à Familiar with PES functional modules, such like wakeup sleep management, circuit breaker control diagnostics
à Has experience in mass production of automotive electronics projects
à Strong understanding of automotive parts industry development process
à Good communication skills both with customers internal project team, Good English skills
à Organized, logic, analytic way of thinking
à Absorptive to new product technology process skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/優(yōu)先考慮條件:
à Has experience in taking the overall ownership of system engineering
à Has experience in product development, such like requirement engineering software engineering
