    Responsibilities
    1. Lead a small/medium sized team of backend engineers in the design, development, testing, deployment of scalable efficient backend systems.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, data scientists, to develop innovative solutions products. Provide reasonable valuable suggestions to the product design. Design clear scalable system architecture design fa specific domain.
    3. Mentcoach juniengineers provide technical guidance support to ensure that they are growing developing their skills.
    4. Ensure that the team is following agile methodologies that project timelines are met.
    5. Develop maintain high-quality code ensure that the team follows best practices fcoding, testing, deployment.
    6. Evaluate recommend new technologies, tools, frameworks to improve the efficiency scalability of the backend systems.
    7. Work with IT team ensure all system procedure is secure compliant.

    Qualications
    1. Bacheldegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field equivalent practical experience.
    2. 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, including experience in designing developing scalable efficient backend systems.
    3. At least 2 years experience leading a team of backend engineers delivering successful projects.
    4. Strong skills in Server Side Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST, Maven, Github other open source Java Libraries.
    5. Rich experience with cloud-based infrastructure services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
    6. Good grasp of Data structures & Algorithm concepts, demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
    7. Rich knowledge in relational database design query optimization.
    8. Experience in Golang/Docker/Kubernetes/Microservices technology.
    9. Ability in managing multiple tasks timeline in a fast-pace environment.
    10. Excellent communication skills ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    11. Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban.
    12. Strong written verbal skills in English.
    13. Good Learning attitude capacity, willingness to share knowledge.
