崗位職責/職位描述
To take overall charge of the repair preventive maintenance of mechanical electrical service, general building grounds contents repair maintenance, fthe efficient safe operation of all plants, equipment, building systems, absolute priority fire preventive alarm system.  Teach all Eng. Ambassador theoretically practically.  Cost control consumption control manning control systematically efficiently.  Report to GM/DGM/RM.
總負責所有的機械、電的維修和整個大樓及其中所有設備的維修及預防維修，并且須保證所有設備、大樓系統(tǒng)的效率和安全操作，特別是火災報警預防系統(tǒng)。教工程部所有大使理論以及實踐上的知識。系統(tǒng)且有效地控制成本和消耗，以及人員控制。
SpecificRequirements
具體要求
Minimum of 5  years experience as Directof Engineering.
至少5年工程總監(jiān)工作經(jīng)驗。
Ability to communicate in Mandarin English.
有普通話和英語交流能力。
Well versed in regulations such as building codes, fire, health safety
精通建筑規(guī)范,消防,衛(wèi)生和安全等規(guī)定。
