- Responsible to achieve product design-win target maximize profit margin
- Feedback, support & align with Headquarter on South-East Asia & global market customer needs
- Participate localize pricing strategy align with Product Line.
- Supports G2M activities at product level by product management.
- New product definition & proposal, especially to fit domestic overseas industrial & automotive market requirements.
- To initiate innovative ideas projects lead the project execution to achieve tangible result
- Lead drive internal & external team members toward global projects design-win
- Provide product training to customers/distributors
- Ecosystem partnership development, to drive emerging focus product application growth.
Your Profile
You are best equipped fthis task if you have:
80BachelMaster in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Automotive Engineering is preferable
80Customer resource including traders, distributors factories is preferable
80At least 5+ years of industrial & automotive working experience of Diodes, MOSFET based applications like BMS, DCDC converter, Memory cards etc.
80Must have product marketing marketing related work experience (Preferably >3 years)
80System experience knowledge on motdrive, e-fuse is preferred
80Willing to travel frequently within South-East Asia, China to overseas countries
80Good project management skill
80Good at strategic thinking storytelling.
80An entrepreneurial spirit
80Excellent communication presentation skill
80Fluent in spoken & written English Chinese
80Team player, work closely with sales, FAE, HQ product team striving fexcellence to achieve the end goal
