Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- QC Project Leadership Management Responsibilities:
Gather convey project information to the QC team ensure that all team members understthe scope deliverables of the project. Monitanalyze QC delivery metrics other KPIs to assess the effectiveness of QC processes identify areas fimprovement innovative solutions, make decisions to facilitate project success. Escalate critical issues to senimanagement when necessary.
- Client Communication Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact fclients regarding QC-related matters, maintaining open transparent communication channels. Understaddress client concerns, expectations, requirements, ensuring that our QC processes deliverables meet exceed their standards. Present QC findings, reports, recommendations to clients in a clear concise manner, facilitating effective decision-making. Build maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisensuring client satisfaction.
- Interna Coordination Responsibilities:
Work with the CMC team of projects to fully understthe scope of the project all vital aspects related to QC activities.
Build effective partnership with other internal teams to move projects through all phases of the development commercial stages.
- Documents draft Responsibilities:
Prepare track the schedule of QC activities ensure that the QC part of the project is carried out on time. Prepare GMP documents, including but not limited to release stability protocols, in-process sampling testing protocols, special study protocol per clients requirement, study reports, etc.
- Completing other interim work assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Education background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biological Engineering, other related field
- Degree of Master, a Degree of Bachelwith at least two years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Outstandingal written communication skills in both English Chinese;
- Critical thinking, scientific reasoning problem solving skills;
- Good project management, time management, multitasking skills
- Good computer operation skill, intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
