一、崗位職責(zé)
1. 主導(dǎo)噬菌體相關(guān)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目：負(fù)責(zé) scFv/VHH/Fab 文庫構(gòu)建、抗體篩選、親和力成熟及功能研究等工作，把控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展。
2. 實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化：制定動(dòng)物免疫、文庫構(gòu)建、抗體篩選和親和力成熟策略，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施實(shí)驗(yàn)方案，優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)流程，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性，提升研發(fā)效率。
3. 數(shù)據(jù)管理與報(bào)告撰寫：負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的整理、匯總與分析，撰寫高質(zhì)量的科研項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。
4. 國際溝通與合作：用英語向國外客戶匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)，與國際客戶進(jìn)行深度溝通交流，了解客戶需求，提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持與解決方案，協(xié)助完成項(xiàng)目對接和合作事宜。
5. 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與指導(dǎo)：作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心成員，協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)成員解決技術(shù)難題，指導(dǎo)初級(jí)研究員和副高級(jí)研究員的工作，推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)整體技術(shù)水平的提升。
6. 策略規(guī)劃與創(chuàng)新：參與公司研發(fā)策略的制定，提出創(chuàng)新性的研發(fā)思路和項(xiàng)目建議。
二、任職要求
1. 專業(yè)背景：具有微生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)歷，或碩士學(xué)位且具備高級(jí)研究員以上職稱。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：至少5年噬菌體相關(guān)研究或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠獨(dú)立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目并完成相關(guān)英文匯報(bào)，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富者優(yōu)先。
3. 英語能力：具備流利的英語口語和書寫能力，能夠無障礙與國外客戶進(jìn)行溝通交流，有英語溝通交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4. 溝通能力：具備卓越的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能夠高效地與國內(nèi)外團(tuán)隊(duì)成員及客戶合作。

I. Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Phage-Related R&D Projects: Be responsible ftasks such as scFv/VHH/Fab library construction, antibody selection, affinity maturation, functional studies. Oversee project progress drive project advancement.
2. Experimental Design Optimization: Develop strategies fanimal immunization, library construction, antibody selection, affinity maturation. Design implement experimental plans, optimize experimental processes to ensure the accuracy reliability of results, enhance R&D efficiency.
3. Data Management Report Writing: Take charge ofganizing, summarizing, analyzing experimental data, write high-quality research project reports.
4. International Communication Collaboration: Present project data in English to international clients, engage in in-depth communication to understtheir needs, provide professional technical support solutions, assist with project coordination cooperation.
5. Team Collaboration Guidance: As a core team member, assist other members in solving technical challenges, mentjuniresearchers associate seniresearchers to elevate the overall technical level of the team.
6. Strategy Planning Innovation: Participate in the formulation of the companys R&D strategy propose innovative R&D ideas project suggestions.
II. Qualifications
1. Educational Background: A Ph.D. in microbiology, cell biology, molecular biology, a related field, a masters degree with the title of SeniScientist above.
2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in phage-related research work, with the ability to independently lead projects complete English reports. Candidates with extensive project experience are preferred.
3. Language Skills: Fluent in spoken written English, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with international clients. Preference will be given to those with experience in English communication.
4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills a strong team spirit, enabling efficient collaboration with team members clients both domestically internationally.
