Auto test Engineer測(cè)試工程師（高速信號(hào)線束產(chǎn)品）
職位概述：根據(jù)客戶需求，搭建線束產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試工站并開(kāi)發(fā)測(cè)試腳本，包括評(píng)估產(chǎn)品測(cè)試流程以搭建測(cè)試工站，選擇相應(yīng)的測(cè)試設(shè)備、用Python開(kāi)發(fā)測(cè)試腳本、提供測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)等。
任職要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷，電氣/機(jī)械/計(jì)算機(jī)/自動(dòng)化類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；2年及以上自動(dòng)化測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉VNA測(cè)試設(shè)備，有信號(hào)類(lèi)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)佳，懂SI信號(hào)完整性知識(shí)佳；Python熟練；英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言；良好的邏輯條理性，良好的溝通能力。
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Perform electrical testing, high speed tester support used in the manufacturing of High Speed cable assemblies based on standards such as Ethernet, Infiniband, Fibre Channel, PCIe, SAS, SATA, etc. Integration of custom designed circuit boards mechanical fixtures with off-the-shelf test equipment such as digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules network analyzers. Analyze test data using statistical modeling tools perform root cause analysis of rejected parts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, integrate, make software upgrades to high speed test systems used across multiple manufacturing regions including China, Philippines, Inida, Mexico. Must coordinate software development activities with design centers, including product development, manufacturing, marketing, quality, etc.
2. Perform electrical testing of High Speed cable assemblies, analyze data, identify critical to quality aspects of product design manufacturing process, perform root cause / corrective action analysis write reports to summarize findings.
3. Work closely with multifunctional teams to upgrade globally deployable automated production test systems fcable assembly products. Maintain records fproject execution, schedule, budget. System design includes activities such as mechanical fixture design, PCB design, hardware integration, software development, system documentation, performance testing characterization, etc.
4. execute test plans, conduct software reviews, perform system verification validation, analyze resolve failure modes document results.
5. product test system documentation, specifications work instructions.
6. Understand, support, contribute to Molex TQM Quality / Environmental Management Systems by following approved policies procedures.
7. Other duties as required by management.
SCOPE:
Works individually coordinates team efforts globally to complete projects with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED:
B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Computer) B.S. Degree in an equivalent discipline
2 years experience in test measurement，
Working knowledge with compiled programming languages such as C/C++ VB/C# with the Microsoft .NET framework.
Working knowledge with scripted programming languages such as Python.
Ability to apply computer programming concepts to solve complex problems in a variety of programming environments.
High proficiency using analytical tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point others as required.
Strong verbal written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly concisely with global teams.
Analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observe results make corrections
PREFERRED:
preferred 2-5 years of progressive engineering experience with a strong understanding of product High Speed testing designs.
Extensive experience with RF/microwave test measurement equipment such as digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules, 4-port network analyzers, bit errrate testers.
Working knowledge of RF/microwave transmission line theory including s-parameters, Fourier transformers, characteristic impedance, eye diagrams, time-domain analysis, cross talk, bit errrate testing, jitter analysis, etc.
Experience using relational databases with software such as Microsoft SQL MySQL.
RF/microwave circuit design PCB layout with software such as MentGraphics PADS Cadence Allegro. Exposure to advanced PCB fabrication methods.
Electromagnetic simulation with software such as Ansys HFSS CST Microwave Studio.
Lean/six sigma yellow green belt training. Understanding application of control charts, process capability, gage R&R, other lean/six sigma tools.
