    ? 通過(guò)銷售工具的開發(fā)和管理,支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提升銷售效率,達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)。
    ? 提供銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)賦能支持,幫助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)處理業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,如:公司內(nèi)部跨部門協(xié)調(diào)等。

    By developing managing sales tools, support the
    sales team in improving sales efficiency achieving sales goals.
    Provide sales team empowerment support to help the sales team handle
    relevant issues in the business process, such as cross departmental
    coordination within the company.

    2.
    銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理和分析
    ? 收集和整理銷售相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),按照業(yè)務(wù)需要制定銷售報(bào)告,對(duì)后續(xù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和銷售決策起到指導(dǎo)作用。
    ? 數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)告。運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具對(duì)銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入分析,挖掘數(shù)據(jù)背后的業(yè)務(wù)洞察,包括對(duì)銷售人員業(yè)績(jī)及效率等維度的分析,以更好的支持公司銷售目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
    ? 根據(jù)分析結(jié)果制作銷售報(bào)告,向管理層匯報(bào)銷售業(yè)績(jī)、市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、客戶反饋等信息,為公司的業(yè)務(wù)決策和銷售策略的制定和調(diào)整提供支持。

    Produce sales reports based on analysis results, report sales
    performance, market trends, customer feedback other information to
    management, provide support fthe companys business decision-making and
    sales strategy formulation adjustment.

    銷售目標(biāo)制定與績(jī)效管理
    ? 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)策略制度銷售目標(biāo),確保目標(biāo)制定的合理性,并合理分解至各區(qū)域以及各銷售人員。
    ? 建立銷售績(jī)效評(píng)估體系,制定合理的銷售績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)以及銷售激勵(lì)政策以更好的激勵(lì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成目標(biāo)。

    Daily work related to OEM, such as daily communication and
    coordination with the sales team business, internal external
    communication related to the settlement of host factory service fees and
    interest subsidies.
    Support internal cross departmental communication related to sales
    teams sales operations.
    Support the daily work related to customers required by the sales
    team.

    5. 流程優(yōu)化與戰(zhàn)略支持
    ? 協(xié)助監(jiān)控銷售業(yè)務(wù)的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)表現(xiàn),及時(shí)推進(jìn)流程優(yōu)化工作。
    ? 參與競(jìng)品分析,結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),提出改進(jìn)建議,推動(dòng)公司政策、系統(tǒng)及流程的優(yōu)化。
    Process Optimization Strategic Support
    Assist in monitoring the daily operational performance
    of sales activities promptly advance process optimization efforts.
    Participate in competitive analysis, leverage relevant
