Establish implement administrative policy, maintains good coordination between admin all other departments provides related service to them. Responsible fadministrative supplier service implementation management. Be responsible fthe liaison with government office. In charge of the management fadmin staff daily job assignments, ensure proper management.
全面負(fù)責(zé)公司行政、后勤的日常事務(wù)管理,制定及執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)行政管理制度,做好行政與其他部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作,配合各部門做好各項(xiàng)服務(wù)工作。負(fù)責(zé)行政后勤供應(yīng)商服務(wù)執(zhí)行及管理,政府事務(wù)的聯(lián)絡(luò)溝通。全面負(fù)責(zé)行政部人員的日常管理工作,合理分工,做到各盡其職。
Key Duties Tasks主要職責(zé)
1. Implement execute Health, Safety, Environment food safety process of Plant. Ensure zero safety incident.
貫徹和執(zhí)行工廠健康、安全、環(huán)境程序和食品安全程序。確保零安全事故。
2. Facility Management, delivering high quality, prompt courteous Facility Management services to support the company business needs by manage office facilities including but not limited to the management maintenance of office/plant infrastructure、fixed assets equipment.
履行設(shè)備設(shè)施管理責(zé)任,提供高質(zhì)量、及時(shí)、周到的服務(wù)以符合公司業(yè)務(wù)需求,包括但不限于工廠、辦公室基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和固定資產(chǎn)、設(shè)備的管理和維護(hù)。
3. Administration management related work according to company standards to ensure admin service well, including customer visits, travel management, shuttle bus arrangement, dorm management, canteen management, company car management, office stationery courier, security service cleaning service so on.
根據(jù)公司要求管理工廠行政事務(wù),確保各項(xiàng)行政后勤工作。相關(guān)行政事務(wù)包括客戶到訪、差旅安排、通勤班車、宿舍、食堂膳食供應(yīng)、公司車輛管理、辦公用品管理和快遞服務(wù)、保安服務(wù)、清潔等。
4. Playing a leading role to liaise with local government. In change of the keeping, registration, renewal annual inspection fall company certificates licenses, handle government issues & government communication.
主導(dǎo)并履行政府聯(lián)絡(luò),負(fù)責(zé)公司所有證照的管理及協(xié)調(diào),包括保管、登記、更新、年審,以及政府事務(wù)。
5. Supervising all of admin related expense control actual expense within budget cost saving.
監(jiān)督及控制行政相關(guān)費(fèi)用,確保費(fèi)用控制在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)和成本節(jié)約。
6. In charge of admin work fcompany activities e.g. Birthday party, TB, annual dinner, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)員工生日會、拓展、年會等公司大型公司文件活動的統(tǒng)籌和行政后勤工作。
7. Arrange reception fguest, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, meeting arrangement other related admin arrangement if need to.
安排公司來訪客人的接待、酒店預(yù)定、車輛接送、會務(wù)以及其它必要的后勤工作。
8. Arrange cleaners to do cleaning job fadmin area every day according to our requirement checking the sanitation timely to ensure all meet our housekeeping requirement.
安排保潔人員按照規(guī)定要求清潔各行政區(qū)域,定期檢查及監(jiān)督各區(qū)域衛(wèi)生情況,使之符合公司衛(wèi)生管理要求。
9. In charge of security management fthe whole company ensure the safety of the plant properties.
負(fù)責(zé)公司的安保管理工作,以確保公司財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全。
10. Responsible fthe management of administrative suppliers, including shuttle service, canteen catering service, security services, so as to meet the requirements of the company.
負(fù)責(zé)行政供應(yīng)商的管理,包括班車服務(wù)、食堂膳食服務(wù)、保安安保服務(wù)、小車租賃,使之符合公司要求。
11. Finish all others temporary work assigned by manager.
認(rèn)真完成上級交辦的其它臨時(shí)性任務(wù)和工作。
職位要求
Education教育背景
Bachelor’s degree above educational background, administration management subject, business administration, office support knowledge.
本科以上學(xué)歷,行政管理類或管理類專業(yè),具有行政管理、企業(yè)管理、后勤管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識。
Experience工作經(jīng)歷
5 years plant administration management experience. Working experience in large medium-sized enterprises is preferred.
五年以上工廠行政管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有大、中型企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Competency能力
1. Familiar with administration related policy basic information of company.
熟悉企業(yè)關(guān)于行政管理等方面的規(guī)定及公司各方面的基本情況。
2. Proficiency of operate computer office software.
熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)及各項(xiàng)辦公軟件及各類辦公自動化設(shè)備。
3. Strong communicate coordinate skill have good languageganization presentation ability.
具備較強(qiáng)的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,并有優(yōu)秀的語言組織和表達(dá)能力。
4. Possess planningganization skills of company activity.
具備公司活動的策劃及組織能力。
5. Strong responsibility honest.
具備很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、為人正直。
Languages Skills語言技能
Standard Mandarin.
English CET -4.
普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
英語,四級以上。
