61 Standardize production according to internal production process to improve production efficiency product quality.
61 Supervise check the implementation of process technology standards, correct incorrect operation in time.
61 Responsible fthe implementation of production process improvement:
- Analyze production site process, solve quality problems, propose solutions improvement measures.
- Improvement of process technology procedure, such as process improvement, approval of working hour parameter standard.
61 Responsible fproduction process control effective utilization of integrated resources to ensure thatders are delivered on time on budget.
61 Support the product development team with different production relevant design ideas/solutions.
61 Establish material procurement requirements in the system according to the needs of different non-standard projects.
Your profile
61 Knowledge about technologies:
- Gluing
- Soldering

- Hot stamping

- Cable/connectassembly
61 Knowledge about production concept (evaluate/choose the correct concept) --Work bench till semi-automatic machine.
61 Technical basic knowledge ability to analyze product functions including the cause-effect relationship to optimize the product/production cost.
61 Very good English skills in technical discussion.
61 Good in communication with HQ customers.
61 Support strategic purchasing with technical knowledge.
