Job Content:
Responsible fnew product development in terms of Cost, Quality Timing during all the life of project;
Lead Project Team, is able to coordinate tasks associate with project development among different departments in the company to ensure tasks are completed within required time table; is able to work under high pressure;
Conduct champion all project meetings conference calls. Follow regularly the risks implement all needed actions to reach the defined targets;
Check analyze customer requirements, make sure that solutions can meet customer expectations needs;
Promote Company Products expertise know-how at the customer, build relationship at the customer at the development level;
Responsible fall the audit from customer during development phase, e.g. OTS audit, PPAP audit(including documentation consolidation, like flow chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, so on);
Understands the trend at the customer, inder to foresee the next developments develop opportunistic business to ensure maintain companys strong position as a leading innovative partner;
MonitKey Account Manager with all open payment, which is new product development related, during the whole life of project;
Co-ordination of more than one project running including resource assignment, progress monitoring.

Qualification:
Bacheldegree above, majin Mechanical Engineering (equivalent), master degree is a plus;
Familiar with the TS16949;
More than 5 years experience in Project Management;
Experienced dealing with Automotive OEMs is preferred;
Proactive lead with good communication skills that can work effectively with co-workers, customers suppliers;
Fluent English skills of reading, writing communication;
Master the skills of PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP;
Adapted to high frequency of business trip;
Self engaged, aggressive , passionate on work;
Team work spirit.
